I had a very mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious and I definitely recommend paying extra for an atrium view room. The facilities, especially the aquatic playscape, are quite fun for families. However, the service could use major improvement, particularly with communication. Also, you should be aware of extra charges for parking and certain amenities, which can add up quickly.
